The Plague: Watchman

Watchmen: Although groups are supposed to stay together, watchmen are to start the game by running to the DVD section and getting as many copies of the movie Watchmen and repositioning them to a separate location.
They may be assisted by a tank who will cart the copies of the DVDs to the watchman's choice of position. From here the game is up to the watchman. He may find a shelving unit and climb it and use it to report via cellular connections concerning movement of the crowds, note this is the riskiest strategy for watchmen and will draw attention of what little security personnel are available.

More likely is that the watchman will return to somewhere near the initial placement of the DVDs and pick and chooses who he will direct to his stash.
